Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of lobular pneumonia caused by Mycoplasma(MP)infection in children.Methods From January to December 2024,102 children with lobar pneumonia caused by MP infection admitted to Beijing Fangshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,and the study group was treated with Azithromycin combined with Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate.The symptom regression time,inflammation indicators,arterial blood gas indicators,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The regression time of each symptom in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the arterial partial pressure of oxygen was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate combined with Azithromycin has a definite effect in the treatment of children with lobular pneumonia caused by MP infection.It can shorten the symptom regression time,inhibit the inflammatory response of the body,improve the arterial blood gas indicators,and reduce adverse reactions.关键词
