健康中国背景下生物化学代谢教学改革与实践
Reform in the teaching of biochemistry under the background of Healthy China Initiative
摘要
Abstract
In response to the initiative of"Healthy China 2030"and national weight management campaign, the authors redesigned the teaching content of metabolism in the course of biochemistry. The teaching design is centered on energy balance, overcoming the limitation of fragmentation in traditional teaching. The authors integrated obesity mechanisms with the knowledge system of carbohy-drate/lipid/protein metabolism and transformed abstract concepts into practical health management tools. They designed innovative tasks of Metabolic Calculator practice, debate on clinical health cases, and family health intervention. The results show that:78%of the students can clearly explain the relationships between dysregulated glycolipid metabolism and diseases;83%try to analyze real-world issues(e.g.obesity caused by milk tea, gout pathogenesis);65%adopt healthier lifestyles(58%adjust diet,49%increase exercise,51%monitor weight);37%advocate healthier lifestyles in families/communities;and 89%recognize the value of the course in public weight management.62%of the students need more information about self-test tools, and 58%hope to attend nutrition work-shops.In response to their requests, the authors cooperated with clinicians and designed role-play activities, transforming medical edu-cation from imparting knowledge to shouldering health responsibility. When ATP cycles resonate with weight management needs, and classroom knowledge takes roots in the interpretation of food labels and personalized health planning, the teaching reform proves that basic medical education can serve as a guardian of life's vitality.关键词
