摘要
Abstract
The trend of"emphasizing scientific research over teaching"has an impact on the quality of talent cultivation in medical schools,which was caused by four factors:growing emphasis on scientific research,latent exchangeability of scientific research achievements,lack of recognized evaluation criteria in teaching,and low level of scholarship of teaching and learning."Emphasizing scientific research over teaching"is detrimental to teaching quality and ethics cultivation of medical students,and the authors suggest possible solutions of acknowledging the problem,establishing correct values,improving scholarship of teaching and learning,and establishing a reasonable teaching evaluation system.关键词
