Characterizing the Measurement and Spatial and Temporal Patterns of the Ecological Supply Level of Basic Public Services in Anhui Province

Abstract
Based on the panel data of 16 prefectural-level cities in Anhui Province from 2012 to 2022,the entropy weight TOPSIS method,kernel density estimation and Dagum Gini coefficient are used to measure and explore the level of ecological supply of basic public services,dynamic distribution characteristics and sources of spatial diffe-rences in Anhui Province.The results show that the level of ecological supply of basic public services in Anhui Pro-vince has increased significantly during the study period,but it shows the phenomenon of "polarization",and the spatial pattern is characterized by the pattern of "differential order".The overall differences within the province are gradually expanding,with the regional and inter-regional differences in the southern Anhui region and the northern Anhui region decreasing,while the intra-regional and inter-regional differences in the central Anhui region are in-creasing,with the inter-regional differences being the main source of the overall differences.In order to further en-hance the ecological supply level of basic public services in Anhui Province,it is necessary to optimize the structure of public financial expenditures,increase financial inputs,and reduce the inter-regional gap in the supply level of basic public services by promoting development through sharing.关键词
