Abstract
With the development and progress of the society,nuclear facilities in China faces serious situation in the network security protection.This study explored the application strategywith artificial intelligence technology as to improve network security detection and defense efficiency,overcome the limitations of traditional methods,achieve accurate identification of security risks and real-time response to attacks,so as to strengthen the security and stability of the physical protection system of nuclear facilities.Based on the theory of network security and artificial intelligence,this paper focuses on the key technologies of artificial intelligence,and proposes the application strategy of 3D-CNN+LSTM hybrid model and algorithm in network security detection of physical protection system of nuclear facilities.This model makes full use of the advantages of 3D-CNN in capturing spatio-temporal correlations and short-term dynamic patterns in multi-dimensional data such as network traffic and system logs.Combined with the ability of LSTM in modulating long sequence dependencies,the hybrid algorithm deeply analyzes the temporal evolution characteristics of attack behavior,so as to realize deep learning and high-precision anomaly detection of normal network behavior patterns and complex attack characteristics.Through the detecting practice,the accuracy of security detection was found,which can effectively identify a variety of known and unknown attack modes,and significantly reduce the false alarm rate and false negative rate.关键词
