不同浓度盐胁迫对水稻生理生化特性及品质性状的影响
Effects of Different Concentrations of Salt Stress on Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics and QualityTtraits of Rice

Abstract
Using Fuyuan No.4 as the experimental material,the effects of different concentrations of salt stress on the physiological,biochemical and quality traits of rice were studied through pot cultivation.The results showed that with the increase of salt concentration,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and hydrogen peroxide dismutase(CAT)first increased and then decreased,and the activities of SOD and CAT enzymes reached the maximum value at 1.36‰.However,with the increase of salt concentration,the activity of superoxide dismutase(POD)showed a gradually increasing trend and the accumulation of free proline,soluble sugar and malondialdehyde increased with the increase of salt stress.With the increase of salt concentration,both chlorophyll content and N content showed a gradually decreasing trend.When the salt concentration reached 2.68‰,the chlorophyll content decreased by 5.7%compared with CK(1.18‰),and the difference was significant.The content of N in the treatment with a salt concentration of 1.92‰ was 16.52%lower than that of CK,and the difference was significant.At a salt concentration of 3.10‰,the 1000-grain weight was significantly lower than that of CK,which had a significant impact on the polishing rate of rice.When the salt concentration was 3.62‰,the grain length and grain thickness were significantly lower than those of CK.When the salt concentration was greater than 2.68‰,the brown rice rate and chalkiness rate were significantly lower than those of CK.关键词
