酿酒葡萄对盐碱地的适应性评价
Evaluation of Adaptability of Wine Grape to Saline-Alkali Soil
摘要
Abstract
The wine grape resource garden where the tested varieties are located has severe salinization.By measuring photosynthetic characteristics,the content of trace elements in different tissues and other indicators,the adaptability of different wine grape germplasm resources to the saline-alkali environment was evaluated,providing a theoretical basis for the future utilization of breeding resources.The results show that the accumulation amounts of Fe in different tissues from largest to smallest are roots,leaves,new shoots,and petioles.The accumulation amounts of Mg in different tissues from largest to smallest are petioles,leaves,new shoots,and roots.The accumulation amounts of Mn in different tissues from largest to smallest are leaves,new shoots,petioles,and roots.The accumulation amounts of Zn in different tissues from largest to smallest are new shoots,leaves,roots,and petioles.The organizations with the highest accumulation of Ca vary by type.Based on the measured indicators,cluster analysis was conducted on the 18 tested wine grape varieties.When the square Euclidean distance was 5,they were classified into 8 categories in total.The top ten varieties in terms of comprehensive scores obtained through principal component analysis are,in order,'Silva','Blue French','Petit Verdot','Medoc Noir','Riesling','Marselan','UgniBlanc','Vergennes','Syrah'and'Dornfelder'.关键词
