Abstract
The antioxidant and soothing repair effects of fermented rice liquid by analyzing its bioactive composition,antioxidant capacity,and anti-inflammatory activity were analyzed.Using the RAW264.7 cell model,its influence on LPS-induced TNF-α and IL-6 secretion was also examined.Results showed that fermentation significantly increased the polysaccharide,polyphenol,protein,and free amino acid contents compared with unfermented rice liquid.In vitro assays demonstrated strong scavenging activity against DPPH,ABTS,and hydroxyl radicals in a clear dose-dependent manner.The extract significantly inhibited hyaluronidase activity and reduced LPS-induced TNF-α and IL-6 secretion,while showing no evident cytotoxicity toward RAW264.7 cells.Overall,fermented rice liquid exhibited strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities,supporting its potential to soothe and repair the skin barrier.These findings provide a theoretical basis for its application in cosmetic product development.关键词
