Abstract
To investigate the intelligent regulation effect and moisturizing mechanism of Capparis Spinosa fruit extract(CS)on skin,a commercial epidermal model was cultured under high and low humidity environments.Multiple detection methods were employed to analyze the epidermal model's structure,cell viability,filaggrin(FLG)regulation,expression levels of related degradation enzymes,natural moisturizing factors content,and skin barrier-associated protein expression.Results demonstrated that CS not only significantly improved cell viability and skin structure under low humidity conditions,but also regulated both FLG synthesis and degradation.At 4 h,CS activated peptidylarginine deiminase 1(PAD1),caspase 14(CASP14),and calpain 1(CAPN1)to increase pyrrolidone carboxylic acid(PCA)and urocanic acid(UCA)levels.By 24 h,CS promoted the production of FLG,loricrin(LOR),zonula occludens-1(ZO-1),PCA,and UCA to maintain skin hydration and barrier function.Therefore,CS exhibits intelligent moisturizing regulation properties,which provided valuable references for its applications in developing cosmetic moisturizing products.关键词
