摘要

Abstract

The nourishing and anti-wrinkle/firming effects of three isoflavone-containing plant extract compositions were evaluated using in vitro cell platforms and 3D skin cell models.The results showed that composition 3 exhibited highest enhancement rate(20.33%)of Collagen I,and had the highest inhibition rate(16.47%)of MMP-1.At a concentration of 2.0%,composition 3 significantly enhanced skin moisture content,ceramide-to-protein ratio,average ceramide chain length,and average fatty acid chain length,with the improvement rates of 187.89%,14.09%,0.83%,and 0.87%,respectively,while the improvement rate of fatty acid/protein ratio was 8.75%.Furthermore,at the same concentration,composition 3 significantly increased collagen fiber content in vivo skin tissue by 166.67%.Overall,composition 3 demonstrated remarkable advantages in skin nourishment and anti-wrinkle/firming effects,particularly in enhancing Collagen I,skin hydration,ceramide and fatty acid content and chain length,increasing collagen fibers,and reducing MMP-1 expression.
