Abstract
As a convenient catering solution,the standardization of the production,transportation and storage of prepared dishes is essential to ensure the quality of food and improve the efficiency of the supply chain.This paper discusses the standardization construction path of prepared dish industry in depth,aiming to provide a scientific and reasonable standardization system to promote the healthy development of the industry.This paper elaborates on the standardization strategy of prepared dishes,including the selection of raw materials,production process,packaging design and other aspects,in order to ensure the consistency of nutritional quality and taste of food.This paper focuses on the standardization of prepared dishes in the transportation process,covering appropriate temperature control,packaging protection,logistics tracking and other links,aiming at reducing transportation losses and ensuring the safety and freshness of food during transportation At the same time,the paper thoroughly studies the standardization of storage environment,and puts forward a series of storage conditions and management norms suitable for different types of prepared dishes to prolong the shelf life of food.关键词
