Abstract
In order to improve the detection accuracy and efficiency of the terahertz time domain spectral detection system in non-destructive testing,the whole optical path of the terahertz vertical incidence detection module in the detection system is designed.Combined with the terahertz emission source,the high resistance silicon wedge beam splitter,lens and the whole optical path are calculated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the design can eliminate the multiple reflection peaks caused by the detection module in the terahertz time domain spectrum.The module designed in this paper is employed to test the sample,and the detection results of the module are free of reflection peak interference.In the case of low power terahertz radiation,the maximum longitudinal depth can be measured is 4.7 mm,and the depth resolution is 0.4 mm.关键词
