射频微波差分器件及天线的关键技术
Key technology research of RF microwave balanced components and antennas

Abstract
The dense deployment of modern wireless communication networks has led to an increasingly complex electromagnetic environment,and differential circuits demonstrate stronger immunity to interference than single-ended ones.This paper investigates key technologies for differential multifunctional filters,detailing the design of four devices.Firstly,a differential filtering antenna array centered at 2.5 GHz is presented;transmission zeros are introduced to enhance passband selectivity,and the maximum differential-mode gain in the main radiation direction reaches 13.7 dBi.Secondly,a differential-to-differential dual-band filtering power divider is described,whose two passbands are centered at 2.41 GHz and 3.52 GHz,respectively;it provides four transmission zeros and achieves isolation better than 16 dB and 20 dB within the two passbands.Finally,two designs of differential reflectionless filters are introduced,centered at 4.08 GHz and 3.09 GHz,both realizing two-port reflectionless characteristics under differential-mode operation.All four devices exhibit excellent common-mode suppression.关键词
