二阶宽频双通带低插损FSS结构设计及其原理分析
Design and principle analysis of second-order wideband dual-pass low insertion loss FSS structure

Abstract
Based on a regular hexagonal ring unit cell,this study systematically investigates the implementation of multi-band wide-passband Frequency Selective Surfaces(FSS)by comparing single-ring,first-order double-ring and second-order double-ring configurations.An equivalent circuit model is developed and full-wave simulations are performed in Computer Simulation Technology(CST).A second-order,highly selective,dual-wide-passband FSS is proposed.The designed prototype exhibits a-3 dB fractional bandwidth of 52%(3.5~5.96 GHz)in the C band and 40.6%(12~18.12 GHz)in the Ku band.The minimum insertion losses within the two passbands are 0.14 dB and 0.04 dB,respectively,and both passbands show sharp roll-off on their upper skirts.Equivalent circuit analysis and polarization-dependent electromagnetic simulations further confirm the validity of the proposed design principle for selective dual-wide-passband transmission.关键词
