红花逍遥片联合纳米微针导入氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Honghua Xiaoyao Tablets Combined with Nano-microneedle Introduction of Tranexamic Acid in the Treatment of Melasma

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Honghua Xiaoyao Tablets combined with nanomicroneedles introduction of tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma.Methods A total of 82 female patients with chloasma admitted to the author's hospital from March 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=41,treated with Honghua Xiaoyao Tablets combined with nanomicroneedles introduction of carbonic acid)and the control group(n=41,treated with Honghua Xiaoyao Tablets alone)by the random number table method.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The dermatology life quality index(DLQI),melama quality of life(MELA-SQOL),clinical efficacy,modified melasma area and severity index(mMASI),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the DLQI scores and MELA-SQOL scores of both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and those of the observation group were even lower(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the mMASI scores of both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and the score of the observation group was even lower(P＜0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of using Honghua Xiaoyao Tablets combined with nanomicroneedles to introduce tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma is superior to that of using Honghua Xiaoyao Tablets alone for treatment,and it has good safety.关键词
