微针联合液体伤口敷料治疗黄褐斑的美学效果及作用机制探讨

Abstract
Objective To explore the cosmetic effect and role mechanism of liquid wound dressing in the treatment of melasma.Methods The case data of 80 patients with melasma in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed from January 2023 to December 2023.The patients were grouped according to different treatment methods.38 cases who were given microneedle therapy were included in control group,and 42 cases receiving microneedle therapy combined with liquid wound dressing were enrolled as observation group.The clinical efficacy and aesthetic satisfaction after the end of treatment,melasma[Melasma Area and Severity Index(MASI)score,VISIA skin detection and analysis system score]before and after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were observed in both groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy and aesthetic satisfaction rate in observation group were significantly higher compared with those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the MASI score in both groups of patients was significantly declined than that before treatment(P＜0.05),and compared with control group,the MASI score in observation group was significantly lower(P＜0.05).The VISIA score in the two groups of patients after treatment was enhanced significantly compared to before treatment,and the VISIA score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between observation group and control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Liquid wound dressing has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with melasma.Combination with microneedle therapy can effectively reduce the area of melasma and relieve the symptoms of melasma.It has good safety and high aesthetic satisfaction of patients.关键词
