三种流动树脂材料在成人后牙邻面龋齿充填中的应用
Application of Three Kinds of Flow Resin Materials in Filling of Adult Interproximal Caries of Posterior Teeth

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of three kinds of flow resin materials in adult interproximal caries of posterior teeth filling.Methods Patients who received composite resin filling treatment in the First Central Hospital of Baoding City from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected.According to different filling materials,the patients were divided into 3M-Z350XT group(56 affected teeth,53 patients),SHOFU-F03 group(61 affected teeth,57 patients)and SHOFU-F10 group(63 affected teeth,59 patients).The success rate of filling,the repair effect,tooth hardness,edge adhesion,periodontal health level,occlusal improvement,dental beauty and function,and satisfaction with biological properties of the prosthesis were compared between the three groups.Results There was no significant difference in the success rate of filling among the three groups(P＞0.05).After 12 months,there was no significant difference in the repair effect among the three groups(P＞0.05).Masticatory efficiency of 3M-Z350XT group and SHOFU-F03 group were higher than those of SHOFU-F10 group(P＜0.05).The Ryge score of 3M-Z350XT group and SHOFU-F10 group was higher than that of SHOFU-F03 group(P＜0.05).No statistically significant variations were noted in periodontal health,dental aesthetics and functional scores among the three groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion 3M-Z350XT,SHOFU-F03 and SHOFU-F10 flow resin materials have similar filling success rate,repair effect,periodontal health,occlusal improvement,dental beauty and function in adult interproximal caries of posterior teeth filling.3M-Z350XT and SHOFU-F03 have higher mastication efficiency after filling.After 3M-Z350XT and SHOFU-F10 filling,the edge of the affected tooth has better adhesion.关键词
