半导体激光术排龈对口腔瓷固定修复患者牙周组织健康及疼痛程度的影响
Effect of Semiconductor Laser Gingival Drainage on Periodontal Tissue Health and Pain Degree of Patients Undergoing Oral Porcelain Fixed Restoration

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of semiconductor laser technique on periodontal tissue health and pain degree.Methods A total of 150 patients with 220 teeth undergoing dental porcelain repair admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into study group I(75 patients with 110 teeth)and control group(75 patients with 110 teeth)by random number method.Study group was treated with semiconductor laser gingival extraction,control group was treated with double line gingival extraction.The gingival retraction time,periodontal tissue health status,VAS score,and satisfaction with gingival retraction were compared between the two groups.Results The gingival retraction time in study group I was obviously shorter than that in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in Probing depth(PD)value of study group after 3 months of gingival drainage compared with 1 month of gingival drainage(P＞0.05),the PD value of control group after 3 months of gingival drainage was significantly lower than that after 1 month of gingival drainage(P＜0.05),and PD value of study group was significantly lower than that of control group after gingival drainage for 1 month(P＜0.05),after 3 months of gingival retraction,the level of bleeding(BOP)was better in both groups than after 1 month of gingival retraction(P＜0.05),and the BOP level in study group was obviously improved after 1 month of gingival retraction compared to control group(P＜0.05);the VAS score of study group was obviously lower than that of control group(P＜0.05);the satisfaction of gingival discharge(98.18%)was significantly higher than that of control group(88.18%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of semiconductor laser technology for gingival retraction in patients with fixed restoration of oral porcelain has an ideal effect,which can obviously reduce periodontal tissue damage,reduce bleeding,and have mild pain.It has high clinical application value.关键词
