西安市医务人员宫颈癌及其筛查相关知识、态度与行为状况研究
Study on The Knowledge,Attitude and Practice towards Cervical Cancer and Screening among Healthcare Workers in Xi'an

Abstract
Objective To analyze the knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)of healthcare workers(HCWs)toward cervi-cal cancer prevention and screening in Xi'an City,and provide evidence for optimizing intervention strategies.Methods 2,214 HCWs were chosen in Xi'an by using stratified random sampling method and conducted questionnaire survey from July 2023 to September 2024.Descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,multiple linear regression,and binary logistic regression models were used to identify the influencing factors.Results The HCWs had a higher awareness of prevention methods(73.40％)than risk factors(44.35％)and signs and symptoms(59.35％)of cervical cancer.However,only 38.17％ of HCWs had fully mastered the related knowledge.66.21％ of HCWs showed a positive attitude towards cervical cancer screening.69.29％ and 48.48％ of female HCWs had received screening service and HPV vaccination.93.86％ of HCWs had encouraged their female family mem-bers or relatives to undergo cervical cancer screening,and 93.41％ had encouraged them to receive HPV vaccination.?Regres-sion analyses showed that knowledge and attitude had a significantly positive impact on HCWs'prevention behaviors.Age,educa-tion level,monthly income,and training significantly influenced the knowledge scores.Having received relevant training and par-ticipated in relevant educational activities significantly positively influenced HCWs'prevention behaviors.Conclusion Structural gaps persist in HCWs'knowledge.Targeted training,guideline implementation,and multi-sector collaboration are critical to im-prove the cervical cancer prevention.关键词
