摘要
Abstract
Salt sensitive hypertension is a type of hypertension in which blood pressure significantly increases under a high salt diet,and is an important risk factor for heart and kidney target organ damage and cardiovascular death.Its prevention and control are of great significance in the context of high salt diet in China.The gold standard for clinical diagnosis is acute and chronic salt load tests,but the former has poor reproducibility and a risk of adverse reactions,while the latter is cumbersome and time-consuming,both of which are difficult to apply in clinical practice.This article elaborates on the clinical diagnostic methods,influencing factors,clinical characteristics,current intervention management methods,as well as potential new intervention targets and research directions for salt sensitive hypertension.It is hoped that this can help further deepen the clinical management concept and increase the diagnosis and treatment level of salt sensitive hypertension.关键词
