天麻性效特点的汤液经法图解析
Property and Efficacy Characteristics of Gastrodiae Rhizoma Based on the "Tang Ye Jing Fa Map"

Abstract
Objective To interpret the efficacy characteristics of Gastrodiae Rhizoma based on the theory system of five-flavored tonic and diarrheal therapy in the "Tang Ye Jing Fa Map",and to put forward pharmaceutical opinions and precautions for clinical prescription and medication.Methods Based on the theory of the five elements(wood,fire,earth,metal,water)and five flavors(pungent,salty,sweet,sour,bitter)in the "Tang Ye Jing Fa Map",the efficacy characteristics of Gastrodiae Rhizoma were analyzed from seven dimensions:efficacy pharmacology,method pharmacology,composition analysis,Qi-flavor relationship,drug-flavor comparison,edible history,and modern research.Results In terms of the efficacy pharmacology,the efficacy of Gastrodiae Rhizoma on softening the liver,suppressing Yang,relieving wind,and stopping convulsions is consistent with the liver slowing effect of sweet-flavored herbs.In terms of the method pharmacology,Gastrodiae Rhizoma is known as Dingfengcao,is a combination of wind and liver wood,and the wind corresponds to the liver-wood element.In terms of the formula,Gastrodiae Rhizoma fits the composition principles of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Tianma Pills.In terms of the Qi-flavor relationship,its neutral property corresponds to the sweet flavor.In terms of the drug-flavor comparison,the effects of Gastrodiae Rhizoma in dispelling wind and unblocking meridians,tonifying deficiency and damage,and softening the liver are consistent with the characteristics of sweet flavor that can slow down and supplement energy.In terms of the edible history,the edible use of Gastrodiae Rhizoma is consistent with the sweet flavor.In terms of the modern research,Gastrodiae Rhizoma contains the highest polysaccharide content,matching the compositional profile of sweet-flavored herbs.Conclusion Gastrodiae Rhizoma exhibits the properties and effects of sweet-flavored herbs,with functions of softening the liver and tonifying the spleen.Its potential effect of purging the kidney requires further experimental and clinical research confirmation.关键词
