RPH联合外痔线形剥离、肛门皮桥整形术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效
Clinical Efficacy of RPH Combined with Linear Dissection of External Hemorrhoids and Anal Skin Tag Plasty in Treatment of Annular Mixed Hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH)com-bined with linear dissection of external hemorrhoids and anal skin tag plasty in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Total 80 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our department from January to June 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with RPH combined with linear dissection of external hemor-rhoids and anal skin tag plasty,while the control group was treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.The clinical efficacy,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,wound healing time,postoperative anal pain and wound edema scores,as well as the occurrence of postoperative urinary retention,anal distension,anal stricture and anal bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results 1)Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the observation group(97.5%)was higher than that of the control group(87.5%)(P<0.05).2)The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay and wound healing time in the observation group were all less than those in the control group(P<0.05).3)The anal pain and wound edema on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th days after surgery in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).4)The incidences of postoperative urinary retention,anal distension,anal stricture and anal bleeding in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion RPH combined with linear dissection of external hemorrhoids and anal skin tag plasty has a definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids.It has significant advantages in reducing complications,shortening the length of hospital stay and promoting postoperative recovery,and is wor-thy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
