Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of anorectal repair combined with modified external resection and internal ligation in the treatment of multiple mixed hemorrhoids.Methods The data of 142 patients with multiple mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our department in 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,57 patients underwent modified external resection and internal ligation(control group),and 85 patients underwent anorectal repair combined with modified external resection and internal ligation(observation group).The overall therapeutic efficacy,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,anal pain degree(VAS score)at different time points after surgery(1st,3rd and 7th days after surgery),anal verge edema,anal smoothness before and after surgery,and the occurrence of anal stricture were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.47%)was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group(85.96%)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant differ-ence in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of anal pain on the 1st and 3rd days after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups on the 7th day after sur-gery(P>0.05).The score of anal verge edema on the 3rd day after surgery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups on the 1st and 7th days after surgery(P>0.05).The anal smoothness after surgery in the observa-tion group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).No case of anal stricture occurred in the obser-vation group,while 1 case occurred in the control group.Conclusion Anorectal repair combined with modi-fied external resection and internal ligation in the treatment of multiple mixed hemorrhoids can not only ensure the thoroughness of the surgery but also significantly improve the quality of postoperative recovery and the pro-tective effect on anal function,which has clinical application value.关键词
