"10S-叙事-分全"三维管理模式用于药学实习生培养效果评价
Effectiveness Evaluation of the "10S-Narrative-PC" Three-Dimensional Management Model in Pharmacy Internships

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of "10S management(10S)-narrative pharmacy(Narrative)-phased-comprehensive tutoring(PC)" three-dimensional management model in the training of pharmaceutical interns in the hospital.Methods A total of 24 pharmaceutical interns in a hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 12 interns in each group.The interns in the control group received traditional teaching mode,while the interns in the observation group were taught under the guidance of the "10S-Narrative-PC" three-dimensional management model.The assessment scores,clinical decision-making and communication ability scores,teaching effectiveness scores,and teaching satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results The assessment score in the observation group was(91.17±4.18)points,which was significantly higher than(83.00±3.79)points in the control group(P<0.001).The clinical decision-making and communication ability score in the observation group was(88.08±5.26)points,which was significantly higher than(80.25±6.27)points in the control group(P=0.001 7).The teaching effectiveness scores of stimulating learning interest,deepening theoretical mastery,improving self-learning ability,strengthening knowledge application ability,and cultivating critical clinical thinking in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The satisfaction rate of teaching in the observation group was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than 88.89%in the control group(P=0.001 9).Conclusion The "10S-Narrative-PC" three-dimensional management model can effectively enhance the professional abilities,clinical decision-making and communication skills,clinical decision-making level,and teaching satisfaction of pharmaceutical interns,which can provide a empirical evidence for optimizing pharmaceutical education models.关键词
