温阳通便汤联合生物反馈治疗阳虚型老年功能性便秘的临床疗效分析
Clinical Efficacy of Wenyang Tongbian Decoction Combined with Biofeedback Therapy in Treatment of Senile Functional Constipation of Yang Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Tongbian Decoction combined with bio-feedback therapy in the treatment of senile functional constipation(FC)of yang deficiency pattern.Methods Total 60 patients with FC of yang deficiency pattern admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Univer-sity of Chinese Medicine from March to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The con-trol group was only treated with biofeedback therapy,while the observation group was given self-made Wenyang Tongbian Decoction orally on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 courses,with 14 days as one course.The overall clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,as well as the improvement of constipation symptoms(defecation time,defecation frequency,degree of defeca-tion difficulty),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes(abdominal distension,fear of cold,soreness and weakness of the waist and knees)before and after treatment,and the results of anorectal manometry.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(90.0%)was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group(66.7%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of defecation time,defecation frequency,degree of defecation difficulty,abdominal distension,fear of cold,and soreness and weakness of the waist and knees in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In terms of anorec-tal manometry,the anal resting pressure and anal maximal contraction pressure increased(P<0.05),and the rectal resting pressure decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,when comparing the two groups,the scores of constipation symptoms,TCM syndromes,and rectal resting pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the anal resting pressure and maximal contraction pressure were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the treatment of biofeedback therapy alone,the combination of Wenyang Tongbian Decoction has a better efficacy in the treatment of senile FC of yang deficiency pattern.关键词
