Configuration analysis of factors influencing the quality of digital education in medical colleges from the perspective of ecosystem theory

Abstract
Objective To analyze the key factors influencing the quality of digital education in medical colleges and their configuration relationships,and to provide references for different medical colleges to select suitable methods to improve teaching quality according to their own characteristics.Methods Based on ecosystem theory,an influencing factor model of digital education quality in medical colleges was established from four dimensions:micro,meso,exo,and macro.Data were collected through questionnaires,and configuration analysis was applied to examine the combinations of influencing factors and explore multiple paths to improve digital education quality.Results Four conditional configurations influencing the quality of digital education in medical colleges were identified.The overall consistency was 0.933 and the overall coverage was 0.662.The consistency of all conditional configurations was greater than 0.878,indicating that the four configurations met the required standards.Conclusion This study summarize three paths to improve the quality of digital education in medical colleges based on four conditional configurations:the teacher-driven path(H1),the student-environment-driven path(H2),and the comprehensive element synergy-driven path(H3).Finally,suggestions for improving the quality of digital education in medical colleges were proposed from three aspects:teachers,teaching platform construction,and teaching management.关键词
