社区养老照护服务体系建设何以有效?
Study on The Effectiveness of Community-Based Elderly Care Service System Construction Based on Empirical Evidence of Home Community-Based Elderly Care Service Stations in X City
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the feasible paths for the construction of community-based elderly care service system in the context of continuous and deepening development of aging.Methods Based on the theoretical and policy framework of positive aging,and relied on the research data of 54 community home-based elderly care service stations in X City,the combination of entropy value method and qualitative comparative analysis method was used to explore the combination of factors influencing the construction of community elderly care service system and its effectiveness.Results The paths of effective construction of communi-ty elderly care service system can be categorized into two types of health-protection-oriented and elderly participation-orien-ted.Conclusion The community elderly care service system should be coordinated constructed with the health as the core,the par-ticipation of the elderly as the focus,and the construction of hardware facilities and software services as the basis.关键词
