生涯体验式教学对中医药院校职业规划课程的促进机制研究
Research on the promotion mechanism of career experiential teaching in career planning courses at Chinese medicine colleges

Abstract
Objective This study takes the"career carnival"activity as a sample to investigate the promotion mechanism of career experiential teaching in career planning and employment guidance courses at Chinese medicine colleges,aiming to provide a research basis for optimizing course teaching.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted,and grounded theory with three-level coding was applied using Nvivo software for qualitative analysis of interview data.Results A model of the promotion effect of career experiential teaching on career planning courses at Chinese medicine colleges was constructed,consisting of three core categories(awareness,action,development),seven main categories,and twenty-three open categories.Conclusion Career experiential teaching enhances career management awareness at the awareness level,facilitates exploration of career decision-making actions at the action level,and promotes future career development at the development level.It guides students to reflect effectively,gain deeper understanding of course theories,plan career decisions rationally,and support employment development,thereby providing a reference for teaching method innovation in career planning and employment guidance courses in Chinese medicine colleges.关键词
