摘要
Abstract
Objective Based on the practical needs of the health industry, this study aims to identify the employability competencies required of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)university students,in order to enhance their employability and provide insights for promoting high-quality and full employment among TCM graduates. Methods Using grounded theory, the study conducted interviews with 96 human resource professionals from the health industry.Through three-stage coding and analysis, the characteristics of TCM university students'employability were summarized.A hierarchical model of employability was constructed by integrating Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. Results A hierarchical employability model was established for TCM university students from the perspective of health industry demand, comprising three dimensions-professional and technical competence, personal development ability and behavioral traits, and psychological capital-and thirteen primary categories. Conclusion Professional and technical competence forms the foundation for career entry;it can be enhanced through a collaborative education mechanism between industry and academia.Personal development ability and behavioral traits determine the space for career growth;they can be cultivated by establishing a career-oriented training system.Psychological capital serves as the core driving force for career value advancement;it should be developed through the creation of a long-term immersive employment education ecosystem for TCM students.关键词
