植物生长调节剂对冬小麦茎秆形态及产量构成的影响
Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on Stem Morphology and Yield Composition of Winter Wheat

Abstract
In order to explore the regulatory effects of plant growth regulators on stem morphology and yield components of Xinjiang winter wheat,a random block design was used to use the main cultivar Xindong 52 as test material,and water was used as the control treatment(CK),PGR1(anti-busting ester),PGR2(15%calcium protranate),PGR3(chlormequat)and the compound combination PGR4(anti-decanoic acid+15%calcium permethanoate),PGR5(anti-decanoic acid+chlormequat),PGR6(chlormequat acid+15%calcium permethanoate),and PGR7(anti-decanoic acid+15%calcium permethanoate+chlormequat acid),were sprayed on the leaves at the jointing stage and heading stage to compare and analyze the stem morphology and yield indicators of winter wheat during the maturity stage of different treatments.The results showed that,PGR1 treatment had the best effect on reducing plant height,which significantly reduced the plant height by 21.4%compared with the control,followed by PGR3 treatment;PGR4 treatment had the best yield,reaching 7 645.07 kg/hm2,which was significantly higher than PGR5,PGR6 and PGR7 treatments,but there was no significant difference from other treatments;and PGR4 treatment had 29.7%higher ear length than the control,the highest thousand-grain weight(42.54 g),and the largest stem diameter at the second internode(3.71 mm);PGR3 treatment had the highest effective ear number.Compound treatments containing chlormequat(PGR5,PGR7)resulted in the effective panicle number≤4.485 million/hm2 and the sterile spikelets number≥3.7 due to antagonistic effect.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between yield and stem diameter at the 2nd and 4th internodes.Comprehensive analysis shows that anti-rotting ester has the best effect on enhancing lodging resistance.Chlormequat is suitable for panicle stabilization cultivation.Anti-rotting ester+15%calcium propenate can achieve collaborative optimization of high-yield traits by regulating stem configuration and ear development.The results can provide effective strategies for stress-resistant and high-yield cultivation of winter wheat in Xinjiang.关键词
