Abstract

In order to screen high-yield,high-quality and cadmium(Cd)high-enrichment fiber ramie germplasm,using 33 ramie germplasms as materials,a field experiment was conducted on contaminated farmland with an average Cd content of 3.94 mg/kg.A comparative analysis was carried out on the agronomic traits,fiber yield,quality,and Cd accumulation capacity of different germplasms.The results showed that the general characteristic of Cd distribution in ramie are hemp husk>underground part>hemp bone>fiber>hemp leaf.The plant height of Puxinribenma was the highest(107.40 cm).The number of plants per clump of Wushanxianma was the highest(9.06).The effective plant rate of Zhongzhu No.1 was the highest(88.32%).The stem diameter of Hanshoujigubai and Duobeiti No.1 were the highest,both of which were 10.07 mm.The fresh bark thickness of Shitunma was the highest(1.16 mm).The fresh bark hemp rate(14.43%)and Cd content in hemp bone(3.10 mg/kg)of Xinminjiama were the highest.The fiber yield(0.97 t/hm2)and Cd accumulation in aboveground part per clump(343.07 μg)of Xiangtanqingpijiama were the highest.The fiber fineness(2 651.05 m/g)and Cd content in fiber(3.04 mg/kg)of Yushanma were the highest.The Cd content in underground part of Zixima was the highest(3.73 mg/kg).The Cd content in hemp husk of Dayuanzhuma was the highest(6.39 mg/kg).The Cd content inhemp leaf of Dayujiandaobai was the highest(2.30 mg/kg).The Cd content in soil of Changningqingjiaoma was the highest(3.78 mg/kg).The Cd content in aboveground part of Chengbubendima was the highest(3.41 mg/kg).The biological yield per clump of Anrendouma was the highest(186.64 g).The Cd enrichment factor in aboveground part of Xiangsixianjianyong No.1 was the highest(1.44).The Cd transport factor of Xinningchaima was the highest(1.48).Comprehensive analysis indicates that under the experimental conditions,the ramie germplasms Xiangsixianjianyong No.1,Xiangtanqingpijiama and Yushanma exhibit characteristics of high yield and quality,along with a strong ability to accumulate Cd.
