摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of four biomarkers of liver fibrosis, hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),type Ⅲ procollagen(PCⅢ)and type Ⅳ collagen(CⅣ),in fibrosis staging in chronic hepatitis B(CHB)by magnetic resonance elastography(MRE).Methods:A total of 242 patients with CHB and liver fibrosis were collected and underwent serum tests for the four biomarkers and MRE examination. All patients were categorized into liver fibrosis stages F0,F1,F2,F3 and F4 based on MRE elasticity values. The correlations between the four biomarkers and MRE elasticity values were analyzed, and ROC curves were used to assess their diagnostic efficacy for liver fibrosis staging. Results:HA,LN,PCⅢ,and CⅣwere positively correlated with MRE elasticity values(ρ=0.513,0.382,0.336,0.563,all P<0.001).With the progression of liver fibrosis staging, the levels of the four biomarkers increased progressively. For the diagnosis of stage≥F1,the diagnostic efficacy of each biomarker was relatively limited, among which the diagnostic efficacy of CⅣ was relatively higher(AUC of 0.700).For the diagnosis of stage≥F2,CⅣ showed a moderate diagnostic efficacy(AUC of 0.705).For the diagnosis of stage≥F3,HA and CⅣ had relatively good diagnosis performance(AUC of 0.730 and 0.739,respectively).For the diagnosis of stage F4,the diagnostic efficacy of each biomarker was relatively good, among which the diagnostic efficacy of HA was the highest(AUC of 0.873).Conclusions:The four biomarkers of liver fibrosis(HA,LN,PCⅢ,and CⅣ)are positively correlated with MRE elasticity values. The biomarkers have certain diagnostic value for liver fibrosis staging, especially HA and CⅣ,which can provide auxiliary diagnostic basis for the assessment and staging of liver fibrosis in CHB patients.关键词
