Abstract
The essence of"Yingwei tilting"lies in the imbalance of nutrient and defense,representing a dynamic pathological change in their circulation and distribution across time and space."Yingwei tilting"encompasses Yingwei disharmony,Yingwei obstruction,and Yingwei insufficiency,which are the core mechanisms in the pathogenesis of coronary microvascular diseases.This paper focuses on these three aspects to guide intervention and regulation,and constructs a basic diagnostic and treatment approach for coronary microvascular disease based on harmonizing nutrient and defense,resolving blood stasis,promoting qi and diuresis,and dredging and tonifying collaterals and vessels.关键词
