Parameter Optimization of Road Graben Slope Blasting Affecting the Vibration Response of Adjacent Buildings

Abstract
In order to effectively control the harmful effects of road graben slope blasting on adjacent buildings,based on the deep excavation road graben blasting project of the Anshun to Panzhou section of the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway,a combination of numerical simulation and field experiments was used to analyze the vibration response laws of adjacent buildings under different blasting parameters such as delay time,charge structure,and blast center distance.The results indicate that under terrain conditions with an elevation difference of 50 meters from the center of explosion,a delay time of more than 15 ms can attenuate the vibration velocity to 1/2 to 1/3 of that of a simultaneous explosion,and interval charging can attenuate the vibration velocity to 1/6 to 1/8 of that of a continuous charging.The degree of vibration velocity attenuation varies with different delay times and detonation distances.The delay time for detonation should be controlled between 25-30 ms within the range of 30-70 m.In this way,it can effectively attenuate the vibration velocity and limit the vibration time to within 1 second.Based on the research results,an optimized design of blasting parameters was proposed.At a safe allowable vibration velocity of 1.5 cm/s,the maximum charge for the section is determined to be 29.0 kg.After implementing dual zone blasting optimization,the peak vibration velocity at each measuring point is lower than the safety limit,indicating that the plan is reasonable and feasible.关键词
