某TOD项目结构设计难点分析与设计研究
Analysis on the Structural Design Challenges of a TOD Project

Abstract
Based on the design practice of a TOD project,the characteristics and difficulties of the structural design of the project were analyzed and summarized,such as the foundation treatment and selection of high-intensity collapsible loess sites,the conversion of short wall limbs of the overlying structure,the lateral stiffness ratio of the overlying and underlying floor structures,and the inability of vertical structural components to land.The difficult problems were also analyzed and studied.For building foundations,the design comprehensively considers factors such as foundation burial depth,foundation treatment,base pressure,surrounding the conditions of the site,later construction interference,and project cost,compares the schemes,and proposes an optimized CFG composite foundation scheme.For residential structures adjacent to subway facilities,the design difficulties of residential structures in this type of project were analyzed,and the targeted structural design measures were proposed.Regarding to the issue of vertical components of the lower part of office buildings that cannot be landed due to property rights restrictions,the design adopts column folding conversion,conducts relevant performance analysis,and proposes relevant measures and requirements.The above design measures and methods have saved project costs,accelerated construction progress,and can provide a reference for similar projects in the future.关键词
