Abstract
This paper focuses on the construction background of the protection and development belt around Wuyi Mount National Park,and systematically assesses the current situation of land use,population,transportation,facilities,ecology and other issues in view of the comprehensive improvement needs along Chongyangxi River in the central urban area of Nanping.It diagnoses and identifies the four major shortcomings of poor transportation connectivity,inadequate convenience services,insufficient utilization of mountains and rivers,and weak vitality of business formats,and proposes a four-in-one strategy of"filling gaps,optimizing functions,improving quality,and seeking projects".Through the four major actions of"adding vitality to functions,broken points in transportation chains,filling minor gaps in facilities,and creating landscapes adjacent to mountains and rivers",the differentiated action plans have been developed to enhance the core area,Moon Bay,Xinling,high-tech park,and ecological food town,generating a three-year implementation project library.It plans to form the implementation path of a"super humanistic landscape park city",which guides the comprehensive improvement of the central urban area and provides a reference for similar urban renewal.关键词
