Abstract
The development of new quality productivity requires a corresponding spatial carrier,but currently,industrial parks,serving as their carriers,have serious path dependence during renewal,resulting in numerous contradictions and mismatches with the demand for new quality productivity.In view of this,this paper combines the in-depth investigation in Wuzhong District,Suzhou City to analyze the sharp conflicts between industrial park renewal and the demand of new quality productivity in policy mechanisms,innovation elements,spatial organization,and other aspects.The targeted optimization strategy suggestions are proposed,including:improving top-level design and perfecting renewal policies;building an innovative network and strengthening enterprise stickiness;optimizing spatial organization and improving land use efficiency.关键词
