疏调气机化裁汤治疗气虚痰瘀型缺血性脑卒中恢复期27例
Clinical effect of Shutiao Qiji Huacai decoction in treatment of ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis in the convalescence stage:An analysis of 27 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shutiao Qiji Huacai decoction on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome and motor function in patients in the convalescence stage of ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis.Methods:A total of 54 patients in the convalescence stage of ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 27 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and those in the treatment group received Shutiao Qiji Huacai decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of TCM syndrome score,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score,and modified Barthel Index(MBI).Results:Both groups had significant changes in TCM syndrome score,FMA score,and MBI score after treatment,and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shutiao Qiji Huacai decoction can regulate Qi,blood,Yin,Yang,and the functions of the liver,the spleen,and the kidneys in patients in the convalescence stage of ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis,and it can also improve the motor function of hemiplegic extremities and the activities of daily living.关键词
