降脂通络软胶囊对非酒精性脂肪性肝病肝脏脂肪含量的影响及临床疗效
Effect of Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsules on liver fat content and its clinical effect in treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsules on liver fat content and its clinical effect in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:A total of 100 patients with NAFLD were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given bicyclol tablets,while those in the treatment group were given Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsules in addition to the treatment in the control group;the course of treatment was 12 week for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of liver function parameters,blood lipid parameters,liver fat content,liver fibrosis markers,and quality of life score,and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups.Results:The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group[92.00％(46/50)vs 76.00％(38/50),P＜0.05].After treatment,both groups had significant changes in liver function parameters,blood lipid parameters,liver fat content,liver fibrosis markers,and quality of life score,and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsules can improve liver fat content and metabolic markers in patients with NAFLD,and it has a good clinical effect and can improve liver function and blood lipid parameters,reduce liver fat content,alleviate liver fibrosis,and enhance the quality of life of patients.关键词
