补气通络方加减防治气虚血瘀型结直肠癌奥沙利铂化疗所致外周神经毒性35例
Clinical effect of modified Buqi Tongluo prescription in prevention and treatment of oxaliplatin chemotherapy-induced peripheral neurotoxicity in colorectal cancer with Qi deficiency and blood stasis:An analysis of 35 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified Buqi Tongluo prescription in the prevention and treatment of oxaliplatin chemotherapy-induced peripheral neurotoxicity(CIPN)in colorectal cancer with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with colorectal cancer with Qi deficiency and blood stasis who experienced oxaliplatin CIPN were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional medicine treatment with mecobalamin,and those in the treatment group were given modified Buqi Tongluo prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were observed in terms of CIPN 20 score,Karnofsky Performance Scale(KPS)score,and numerical rating scale(NRS)score before and after treatment,as well as the incidence rate and grade of hematotoxicity reaction.Results:After treatment,both groups had significant changes in CIPN 20,KPS,and NRS scores,and there were significant differ-ences in these scores between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the treatment group had significantly better results of the incidence rate and grade of hematotoxicity reaction,as well as sig-nificantly better improvements in leukocyte count,hemoglobin,and platelet count(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Modified Buqi Tongluo prescription can delay the progression of oxaliplatin CIPN in colorectal cancer with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,alleviate the symptoms of numbness and pain in hands and feet,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
