基于GC-IMS鉴别白术麸炒前后挥发性成分的差异
Identification of Different Volatile Components in Fresh and Processed Atractylodis Macrocephala Rhizoma Based on GC-IMS

Abstract
A method was established to rapidly identify the volatile components and to compare the differences in volatile components between Atractylodes macrocephala and processed Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma from Bozhou,Anhui Province,as well as those from different origins.The volatile compositions of Atractylodes macrocephala from Bozhou,Anhui Province,and Atractylodes macrocephala from different origins were determined by gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry(GC-IMS),the volatile compounds were qualitatively analyzed by using the VOCal software,and the fingerprints of the volatile compositions were established by GC-IMS.The differences in volatile compositions were analyzed by combining the principal component analysis and the least-squares dis-crimination analysis and the screening of the difference markers with VIP>1.A total of 143 volatile compounds were obtained from fresh and processed Atractylodis Macrocephala,and 114 of them were identified.The results of GC-IMS fingerprinting showed that the differences in the types of volatile constituents between Atractylodes macrocephala and processed Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma were relatively small but the differences in the contents were obvious.The differences in the types and contents of volatiles of Atractylodes macrocephala in different origins were significant.Chemomet-ric analysis classified Atractylodes macrocephala and processed Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma from Bozhou,Anhui Province,into three categories.The volatile components such as benzaldehyde and ethyl lactate were screened according to VIP>1,which can be used as the key components to dis-tinguish the three.The clustering of Atractylodes macrocephala from different origins was not obvious,and the volatile components such as β-thujene(M)and 3-penten-2-one(M)were screened according to VIP>1,which could be used as the key components to distinguish the different origins.The re-search results can offer reference for the quality evaluation and clinical application of Atractylodes macrocephala.关键词
