Abstract
This study employed differential Raman spectroscopy combined with machine learning to classify ink samples from 43 commercially available blue gel pens of different brands and models.Dif-ferential Raman spectra were first acquired to identify characteristic Raman peaks.Based on these spectral profiles,samples were manually categorized into four distinct groups.Subsequent classifica-tion using cluster analysis and random forest algorithms was compared against manual categorization.The random forest model achieved 90.00%classification accuracy.Differential Raman spectroscopy enables rapid,non-destructive analysis of blue gel pen inks.When integrated with random forest al-gorithms,it establishes an effective framework for efficient sample classification.The optimized ran-dom forest model significantly enhances both the speed and accuracy of identifying unknown ink com-pounds through differential Raman spectroscopy,demonstrating strong predictive capability for sam-ple categorization.关键词
