A Century of Development:The Historical Path and Core Experience of CPC-led Trade Union Groups

Abstract
Trade union work centered on"groups"carries distinct political genes and holds rich and unique value in the process of Chinese modernization.The formation of centennial trade union groups is based on the isomorphism of history and theory,reflecting the unity of particularity and universality.After its founding,the Communist Party of China(CPC)properly used trade union groups to carry out grassroots trade union practices in China.The first Trade Union Charter of New China regarded them as"units of daily activities"to enhance production and improve livelihoods.The work of trade union groups thus addressed the grassroots governance challenges of a new modern state and continuously expanded the path of"reorganization"for a major country's trade unions.The development of trade union groups exhibits integrated and diversified characteristics across different historical periods,embodying an evolutionary logic that combines phased development,balance,and continuity.In the new era,trade union groups play a key bridging role between their independent functioning and alignment with broader goals.On the new journey,Chinese trade unions must balance macro and micro priorities by strengthening the development of team leaders in trade union groups,improving the"basic three-tier"organizational network,and innovating methods for mass work.These efforts will fully cultivate the organizational,class,and mass foundations for Chinese modernization.关键词
