Abstract
In the operational logic of the manufacturing recruitment chain,both economic logic and emotional logic coexist.Based on field investigations of manufacturing recruitment,this study analyzes the emotional logic behind the smooth operation of recruitment through two relational pairs—"labor agency owner-recruiter"and"recruiter-worker"—and a three-stage sequence of"recruitment-mobilization-control".The findings reveal that through various emotional/affective and relational strategies,layered dependencies form among owners,recruiters,and workers.Emotional logic,in coordination with economic logic,shapes the structure of semi-stable recruitment in manufacturing.Meanwhile,positive emotional experiences also exist in manufacturing recruitment,such as the"care"shown by owners toward recruiters and the emotional and relational strategies applied by recruiters to workers.Future research should delve into how capital utilizes the differential characteristics among workers to more effectively mobilize their labor input.关键词
