高校劳动教育与生涯教育协同育人的内在逻辑及实践路径
The Inherent Logic and Practical Pathways for Collaborative Education between Labor Education and Career Education in Higher Education Institutions
摘要
Abstract
Labor education and career education are vital components of the talent cultivation system and high-quality employment service system in higher education institutions.Theoretically,they share an inherent logic and connection for collaborative education.Labor education instills value and soul into career education through the three dimensions of the Marxist concept of labor whilst career education provides real-world contexts and a life-cycle perspective for labor education via the three theoretical paradigms of vocational guidance,career development,and life design.This study suggests that,in practice,collaborative education between labor education and career education should be effectively promoted by building an integrated curriculum system,strengthening the development of teaching faculties,creating collaborative education platforms,and establishing comprehensive evaluation systems.These pathways aim to facilitate the holistic development of students and high-quality career development,thereby effectively advancing the fundamental mission of fostering virtue and nurturing talents in the higher education Institutions.关键词
