Sensorless Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Adaptive Cascaded Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control

Abstract
To enhance the control performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs)under external disturbances and dynamic load variations,this paper proposes a double-loop sensorless control method based on improved active disturbance rejection control(ADRC).Firstly,a PMSM dynamic model including uncertain disturbance terms is established.Then,according to the principle of linear active disturbance rejection control(LADRC),various unknown disturbances are modeled as a total disturbance.Subsequently,a cascaded extended state observer is designed to realize online estimation and dynamic compensation of the total disturbance.Finally,experimental results of PMSM drive systems based on proportion-integral(PI)control,conventional LADRC,and the proposed improved LADRC are compared.The results show that,compared with PI and LADRC control,the proposed method reduces the total harmonic distortion(THD)of the three-phase current from 18.65%and 10.46%to 6.2%,limits the speed drop under load disturbance to only 0.35%,and exhibits stronger disturbance rejection,faster speed-tracking response and higher robustness.关键词
