AI赋能机器学习课程教学改革与探索

Abstract
Facing the trend of artificial intelligence reshaping the educational ecosystem and addressing issues such as lagging machine learning course content and the disconnect between industry and education,this study,based on the"AI+Education"framework,proposes an industry demand-oriented approach to reconstruct course content,create immersive practical links,and introduce the concept of collaborative teaching reform.Through the dynamic coupling model of"AI+Curriculum",a dual-track knowledge system is constructed,with core algorithms as the foundation and continuous integration of cutting-edge topics for innovation.Generative AI and digital twin technologies are utilized to update teaching cases in real time.Relying on industry-constructed industrial-grade practice platforms,real projects drive"six-unit"virtual-real integration training.A diversified evaluation combining the double tutor system and online platforms is adopted to strengthen formative evaluation.This effectively cultivates students'engineering literacy and innovative capabilities,providing a paradigm for industry-education integration in talent cultivation.关键词
