National Master of TCM and Professor Ding Ying's Academic Thought on the Treatment of Children with Allergic Purpura
摘要
Abstract
We discussed national master of TCM and professor Ding Ying's academic thought on the treatment of children with allergic purpura(AP).Professor Ding Ying considers that the internal cause of AP is the delicate constitution and Yang exuberance of children,and the external cause is the invasion of six evils or diet,medicine and toxin,among them,external wind-evil acts as the key predisposition,and the attacking of AP is mostly caused by the combination of internal and external factors.Professor Ding Ying sums up that the pathogenesis of AP could be put into three aspects of heat,stagnation and deficiency,he thinks that the evolution of the pathogenesis was sequential,and the course of AP could be divided into three phases:initial phase,protracted phase and late phase,and he proposes the sequential therapy of clearing away heat,stopping bleeding and eliminating purpura at the initial phase,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to calm collaterals at the protracted phase,and strengthening healthy Qi and tonifying deficiency and protecting the kidney at the late phase.Professor Ding Ying is good at applying the vine medicines such as Haifengteng(Piperis kadsurae caulis),Qingfengteng(Sinomenii caulis),and Luoshiteng(Trachelospermi caulis et folium),Rendongteng(Lonicerae japonicae caulis)as well as Jixueteng(Spatholobi caulis),and he formulates the empircal prescriptions including wind-dispersing purpura-eliminating prescription,blood-calming purpura-eliminating prescription,purpura prescrip-tion No.1,five-vines collateral-dredging drink,heat-clearing bleeding-stopping prescription,he advocates the use of tripterygium glycosides in the treatment of children with recurrent allergic purpura and purpura nephritis,he has established a complete theoretical system for the prevention and treatment of AP in children.关键词
