Analysis of the Pathogenesis of Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction Based on the Theory of Collaterals
摘要
Abstract
In light of"collateral-vascular system"theory in the theory of collaterals,and theory of"nutrient Qi and defensive Qi intersecting,generating and transforming by taking the collaterals as the path",in combination with modern medical pathophysiology research,we explored the pathogenesis of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF).Deficiency of Qi and Yang acts as the initial factors of HFpEF,the stagnation of collateral and water retention works as the key pathological link of HFpEF,and obstruction of collaterals is the pathological outcome of HFpEF,all above could provide reference values for the prevention and treatment of HFpEF.关键词
