经典名方易黄汤古今文献分析
Analysis of Ancient and Modern Literature of Classical Prescription Yihuang Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To produce the reference for modern applications of classical herbal formula by systematically collecting and analyzing the ancient and modern literature of Yihuang decoction.Methods:On the foundation of ancient and modern literature,Yihuang decoction was surveyed and analyzed from tracing to the source of the prescription,herbal basionym,efficacy,the form of dosage and usage,dose conversion between ancient and modern times,and contraindication,modern clinical application.Results:In modern use,Yihuang decoction is mainly applied in gynecology,involving ten diseases of TCM:"gynaecological diseases""irregular menstruation"and"dysmenorrhea""infertility"and"stranguria""diarrhea""asthma""hyperplasia of prostate gland"and"chronic rhinitis""tinea",which could clear heat and expel dampness,invigorate spleen and reinforce the kidney,astringent to stop leukorrhea,tonify Ren meridian and clear kidney fire.Conclusion:Based on the basionym of the herbs,and dose conversion between ancient and modern times,the herbs and the doses in the prescription are recommended as follows:stir-fried Chinese Yam 30 g,stir-fried Qianshi(Euryales semen)30 g,stir-fried Huangbo with salt water(Phellodendri chinensis cortex)7 g,stir-fried Cheqianzi with salt water(Plantaginis semen)3 g,and Baiguo(Ginkgo semen)10 g.The decoction is to be taken orally after boiling,and the usual adult dosage is one dose daily,women should use it with caution when menstruation is approaching or during the menstruation,the patients of pattern of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney or cold dampness should not take the prescription.Based on the above research,the author raised four research directions about the decoction in the future,with the view to providing the new ideas and basis for the secondary research and development.关键词
